Plurality is an umbrella term that refers to multiple identities/ distinct parts of yourself in one mind.
the EXACT contents vary per person (e.g. 'switching in/out' or overlapping and blending) and doesnt specifically require any sort of diagnosis or truama to be valid. its just a term for people who dont think the "one single self" type thing fits them.

BUT it is notable to mention that WHAT I EXPERIENCE ISNT DID OR OSDD!! I dont have any trauma (that im aware of) but I have multiple identities in one body, if that makes sense.
I'm in no way trying to discredit, mock, or spread misinfo on those disorders. I am basically as confused as you are on this.
