PLURALITY

what is it?

An umbrella term for multiple identities. It doesn't always mean DID/OSDD or even being a 'system'.
Personally, I use the umbrella term because I have intense swings that change my entire personality, way of thinking, etc, and its easy to break that up into identities. I DON'T HAVE TRAUMA OR DID and am by no means not trying to water down or taint what the experience of being a system is like.
